UCD Lists September 2027 Computer Science Conversion Route
UCD's official Computer Science Conversion listing shows a September 2027 application route for its full-time, on-campus MSc. The 16-month programme is designed for graduates of disciplines other than Computer Science, and the page says prior programming knowledge is not assumed.
Applicants still need to satisfy the current academic, mathematical and English requirements. The displayed curriculum is under review, so confirm the final intake structure before treating the listed modules as a settled 2027 timetable.
Check fit and the correct fee category
Use the official UCD fees page to confirm the relevant programme charge and payment conditions. A fee waiver restricted to the EU fee category should not be assumed available to an Indian applicant paying international fees.
Before applying, try a modest introductory coding project and think carefully about the demands of full-time study in a new discipline. The purpose is to test your interest in the work itself, not to collect a certificate solely for an application.
