Cost of Living In Russia
Student living costs
Build a Moscow budget for residence, heating, transport, insurance and winter clothing.
Monthly budget checklist
- Accommodation, utilities and internet near Moscow.
- Groceries, meals and household essentials.
- The actual campus commute and any travel to practical-training sites.
- Health insurance, mobile plan, personal needs and study supplies.
Arrival and emergency funds
Keep flights, entry or residence charges, housing deposits and initial household purchases outside the monthly total. Obtain current accommodation quotes and check what is included. Retain an emergency reserve and allow for exchange-rate changes. Uncertain part-time earnings should not fund essential tuition or rent.
Cost of Studying In Russia
Tuition fees: 2027 planning
Request Griboedov University’s rouble fees, accepted international payment methods and language-preparation charges.
Compare the full course price
- Establish whether the fee is per week, semester, academic year or complete programme.
- Include application, registration, examination, study materials and practical-training charges.
- Confirm deposit credit, instalment deadlines, annual revisions and cancellation or refund terms.
- Check the invoiced currency and exchange rate before converting costs to Indian rupees.
Plan both the amount required before departure and the cost of completing the qualification. Deduct a scholarship only after a written award. Earlier academic-year prices remain a reference until the provider confirms your 2027 cohort.

Work Opportunities & Post-Study Job & Visa in Russia
Student work and post-study options
Ask the university and relevant authorities about your precise student status and employment eligibility. Language ability and professional licensing also affect future work.
Develop practical career evidence
- Ask the institution about curriculum-based projects, placements and career support.
- Confirm whether practical training is required, optional, paid or unpaid and who arranges it.
- Build a CV or portfolio and relevant language skills while maintaining academic progress.
Check authorised work, hours or sectors and any employer approval before accepting a position. A student permit, a completed course and a job offer represent different stages; none guarantees permanent residence or a job.

Scholarships In Russia
Scholarships and funding for 2027
Check programme and nationality eligibility for institutional or official funding; scholarship selection is separate from admission.
Evaluate an award before budgeting
- Check nationality, programme, campus and study-level eligibility.
- Confirm tuition coverage, stipend or other support and any exclusions.
- Record the official deadline, required documents and selection method.
- Ask about renewal, academic progress and whether awards can be combined.
Keep admission and scholarship calendars separate. Budget for costs remaining after an award and maintain a funding plan while selection is pending. An instalment arrangement or loan is different from a scholarship.
